I have been in the fitness community for over 10 years now as a coach, trainer, and competitor. I have competed competitively in CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and Power Lifting. I love coaching and wouldn’t trade what I do for anything in the world. Coaching is more than just a job to me it is something that I find fun, very rewarding, and I love waking up everyday to get to do what I do. I know it is a privilege to own my own gym and I am grateful everyday for the chance to do so. My coaching style (and those of all coaches in the gym) is less based upon weights and numbers and more based upon proper movement, intended stimulus, and staying healthy. I want to share my passion for fitness with everyone and show you how staying healthy can really be an amazing fun experience.
