Pump

45-60 minutes, 4 day/week bodybuilding and physique  program focused on building muscle size, strength and endurance.
    • Locations: Traditional gym, Hotel gym, CrossFit gyms, home gym (must have some equipment).
    • Equipment: 2-3 pair of Dumbbells, Bench

Burn

10-20 minutes, high intensity workout that combines weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio.
    • Locations: Traditional gym, Hotel gym, CrossFit gyms, home gym
    • Level 1: no equipment (bodyweight, running, using furniture, etc)
    • Level 2: DB’s and/or KB, Bench
    • Level 3: Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Bench, Barbell, Pull Up bar

Enduro

20-30 minute, longer workouts aimed at increasing both cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
    • Locations: Traditional gym, Hotel gym, CrossFit gyms, home gym
    • Level 1: no equipment (bodyweight, running, using furniture, etc)
    • Level 2: DB’s, KB’s, box (or similar item), Rings or Pull up bar,
    • Level 3:  Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Bench, Barbell, Pull Up bar

StrengthRX

10-20 minutes, designed strictly for building strength and power programmed in 6-8 week cycles.
    • Locations:Traditional gym, Hotel gym, CrossFit gyms, home gym
    • Level 2: DB’s and/or KB, Pull Ups bar, Rings or TRX
    • Level 3:  Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Bench, Barbell, Pull Up bar

MomFit is an individualized fitness program that focuses on a holistic approach for pre-conception, pregnancy, and post-partum training.  Through movement, breath, and intention, MomFit trains the birthing person in their specific season of life.

Whether you’re preparing to give birth or rehabbing and rebuilding from labor, MomFit ties together the breath and fundamental movements to ensure that the birthing person is creating the mind-body connection that will then translate into whatever sports-specific training they love to do.  There’s no need to modify or scale for birth or post-partum, but instead, purposefully train for it.
